Amit Dror, Chief Executive Officer,
I started working with Miri Segal and MS-IR over 18 months ago, before Nano Dimension was a publicly traded company.
Without having any experience on Wall Street or with the U.S. markets, I retained the services of a professional IR strategist. Miri provided a step-by-step guidance that helped me build a wide and dynamic relationship with a variety of investment banks and institutional investors. Most importantly, Miri worked with me in person and led the company through each stage - from initial OTC trading, to listing on the NASDAQ, and finally a successful re-IPO in which Nano Dimension raised $13.8M.
I'm very pleased with the dedication and professional IR services that Nano Dimension receives from Miri Segal and the team at MS-IR.

Our target as a London-traded company to have significant shareholder base in the U.S. has been achieved through the great service we receive from Miri Segal and MS-IR. Professionalism together with high level of service and thinking outside the box are the characteristics that led to our great achievement in the U.S. market. Miri’s strong understanding of the U.S. capital market, her relationships with bankers, analysts and investors, and her strategic advice have been instrumental to our success in the U.S
Joseph Mandelbaum, Chief Executive Officer
Miri managed our IR strategy, investor outreach, analyst relationships and perception analysis as well as conference participation. More importantly, she kept a relationship with the investors in order to efficiently follow-up. Miri would then provide us with feedback from the investors as well as constructive criticism to help build and guide the company’s IR strategy.
After working with Miri for two years, I can confidently say that she is a tenacious and dedicated person who treated our company as if it were her own. She is extremely well connected and respected by analysts and investors alike. This does not go without saying, as it gave us credibility with them as well.
Miri, is smart, knowledgeable, and passionate. Those three qualities make a great company advocate

Miri was instrumental in introducing the INX story to multiple investors and sell side firms, which created substantial value for INX shareholders. Miri played a major role in generating our first sell-side published research through her relationships. Primarily due to Miri’s efforts, other analysts initiated coverage shortly thereafter. Thanks to Miri, INX was invited to present at leading investor conferences. Miri led the branding and positioning of the INX story to investors. During the first 8 months after I began working with Miri, our volume increased substantially and our stock price appreciated. I believe Miri was a key factor in this improvement. Miri is a true professional and a pleasure to work with
